Cartons are usually used as wrappers or protective outer layers of goods. The volume varies with the size of the goods. Carton packaging should be considered as a common thing in daily life and also a widely used packaging product. There are five major constraints on carton size during use:
1) Ergonomic factors. When stacking, bundling, half a year, and placing commodity types, colors, and sizes on the distribution rack in order, people need to move and place cartons one by one. If the size of the carton is not well designed, it may be very inconvenient for workers to operate.
2) The size of the pallet. Here, the surface utilization rate of pallet and the stability of palletized goods shall be mainly considered.
3) The size of the freight car.
4) The size of the container space.
5) Size of distribution rack. The convenience of operation shall be considered here, especially to prevent the cartons from being unable to be put into the shelf.
