Custom corrugated box packaging can be a complex and intensive process. It involves matching the right corrugator supplier with the right customer project. There are also many different types of large corrugated box styles including Regular Slotted Container (RSC), Half Slotted Container (HSC), Rolled Top (RETT), Rolled Top with Dust Cap and Cherry Lock, and many more. Having a lot of grooves in corrugated boxes also helps determine how much strength the box needs. The most commonly used corrugations are C for shipping cases, E for lithographic lamination, and B for pallets.
You can also print on custom corrugated packaging and containers. Direct-printed, offset-printed labels, or offset-printed direct-to-groove lamination (also known as single-sided lamination). Basic corrugated boxes are single wall boxes. Single-wall boxes consist of two liners and a medium. The medium is the "groove" of the box. By increasing the thickness of the lining or doubling the number of linings, corrugated boxes will have greater strength.
